Organic Hemp oil
Organic Hemp Oil and Its Use in the Food Industry
The organic hemp oil is an increasingly popular gourmet oil in the food industry. It is not suitable for frying due to its low smoke point. In addition, frying with the organic hemp oil would simply be a shame, as its valuable ingredients would be destroyed. Our organic hemp oil from SanaBio refines a variety of cold dishes such as salads or dips. It also rounds off muesli and fruity yogurts harmoniously.
Which ingredients does the organic hemp oil have?
The organic hemp oil almost exclusively contains polyunsaturated fatty acids such as the rare omega-6 fatty acid gamma-linolenic acid or alpha-linolenic acid.
Trivia
The hemp plant and hemp oil became known above all for the intoxicating tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). There are now a number of hemp varieties that are THC-free. The use of our organic hemp oil is therefore harmless.
Originally from Central Asia, the resilient hemp plant with its easily recognizable leaves is now cultivated almost all over the world. It can be up to 7 meters high.
We gently cold-press the hemp seeds in our screw presses to obtain the SanaBio hemp oil.
