Organic perilla protein gives your recipes in the food industry, especially those from Asian cuisine, a herbaceous-hot aroma. As a by-product of the production of our organic perilla oil, you can use our organic perilla flour for bread, pasta, or breading, for example for fish. It is gluten-free and has a high proportion of proteins (approx. 35%) and fiber (approx. 30%).
