What are the ingredients of the organic, linoleic safflower oil?
The original form of safflower provides a high proportion of linoleic acid, hence the addition of the name linoleic. Linoleic acid is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that our body can only absorb through food. Due to its high proportion of over 80 percent, the linoleic safflower oil Linoleic is not heat-stable.
We also have the refined, oleic acid-rich variant of the safflower oil High-oleic that is suitable for frying.
