Organic Walnut Oil and Its Use in the Food Industry

The walnut tree with a broad crown becomes about 10-25 m high. Young walnut trees have an ash-gray, smooth bark that becomes deeply cracked and dark as the tree ages.
The organic walnut oil from SanaBio is obtained from the kernels of the walnut by mechanical cold pressing and filtration. To do this, the nuts are peeled, chopped and the oil is pressed out of the nuts. The walnut oil that is produced in this way is then filtered and deodorized in order to remove unwanted substances that affect the color and taste of the oil.
