Organic Safflower Oil Higholeic
Organic, High-oleic Safflower Oil and Its Use in the Food Industry
SanaBio’s organic safflower oil is a healthy and vegan alternative to butter in the food industry. The special cultivation of safflower (also known as safflower) increases the proportion of oleic acid: organic safflower oil High-Oleic. This increase makes our organic safflower oil suitable for frying and deep-frying. In addition, the refining of our organic safflower oil increases the smoke point, which in turn favors the use of our organic safflower oil for frying in the food industry.
We also have the natural, linoleic acid-rich variant of organic safflower oil on offer.
Trivia

The safflower grows rapidly to its final height of up to 1.30 meters. Its leaves are thorny and the flower looks like a small basket from which up to 150 orange-yellow tubular flowers grow.
Safflower oil is obtained from the safflower seeds, which consist of up to 40 percent fatty oil, by cold pressing.
